  1. all the panasonics are good tv's, but the sony tv's with the bravia engine & progressive scan are also v good. you should try to watch them both in a superstore to compare. i have the panasonic but think for sport sony may just beat it.

  2. panasonic just started including 100/120Hz technology in their sets this year.  However, they call it 'motion focus technology'.  Obviously this helps with motion blur and seems to increase the response time, which is best for gaming.  But, when viewing certain films you may want to disable it for a better experience.  As far as I can tell, it's automatic in the Panasonics whereas in the Sonys and Samsungs it can actually be turned off.

  3. You should go for a Sony instead of a Panasonic.Click the link i put to see a good Sony LCD.I know a few people with Panasonics and they are not as good as the Sony's and the Panasonic ones are a lot more complicated to use the features on.I have a Sony Bravia and it is a fantastic tv and the features are very easy to use.The place in the link is where i got mine from and there prices and customer service is fantastic

  4. Get the 100 hz model, as there will not be any motion blurring.

I know it costs more, but it's worth it.
