  1. One of the easiest ways you can make your eggs tastier is to not burn them by cooking them to fast.  Scrambled eggs for instance are best cooked over a low heat until they are ever so slightly runny.  Then when you pull them off the heat and they continue to cook for a minute or two, they come together nicely.  See the recipe for scrambled eggs below.

    3 eggs

2 Tablespoons of milk ( or water)

    pinch of salt

    pinch of pepper

1 tablespoon of butter or margerine

Crack and beat your eggs together with the milk, salt, and pepper.  Wisk for about 30 seconds, or until none of the yolks are still stuck together.

Next heat your pan over a medium/low heat, and melt the butter.

Once butter is melted, add in the eggs, and begin to stir slowly.  The eggs will begin to firm up slightly as you mix and should be cooked in about 3 to 4 minutes.  Pull from the heat when they are slightly creamy/ runny.  The eggs will continue to cook even though you have taken them off the heat.  Serve with a piece of toast, and enjoy!

  2. ack! veggie oil is not for breakfast!

Use butter or that spray on butter stuff when you cook your pancakes make sure its bubbling on top before you flip them over or they won't be fully cooked on one side.  Eggs I make scrambled then you don't have to worry about messing it up ;-)

  3. There are so many ways to cook eggs! You can boil them in their shells for 3-4 minutes, poach them in water (these are both very healthy options) or scramble, fry, bake. Don't worry if you dont get it right first time, can take a bit of practice - eggsperiment!!

  4. if you have a vegetable oil spray, that would be best.  you get a more even layer of oil when you spray it on the pan.

when you are mixing your batter for the pancakes, remember not to overwork it, or your pancakes will be flat and heavy.  you want to keep some of that air in the batter to keep it light during cooking.

your first two pancakes will not be good, so i just automatically throw those ones out.  the pan might seem hot enough, but usually the pan needs to be heated up more than most people are willing to wait (including me), so if your first one or two or even three come out looking less than delicious, toss them.  the next will be better.  if the pan starts to get dry, you can add some butter to it, but butter burns easily, so you will want to keep a close eye on the pan.

when making your eggs, use butter in the pan to keep them from sticking.  you can also add some water to the eggs after you have beaten them, which will give you a little more volume but also will help prevent the eggs from turning brown too quickly.  eggs can burn easily, so water makes it harder to burn, because as long as there is water in the food, that will be the first thing to cook out.  the result is a nice and fluffy dish of scrambled eggs.  if you are looking for more flavor in your eggs try cooking them with some chopped (cooked) bacon, or your favorite veggie.  salt and pepper them while they are still cooking, to get the flavor all through the dish, not just on top.

well, hope this helped.  good luck!

  5. Butter makes your eggs taste-not so good. Okay this is how you make a good omlet-please try this it's sooo good. Okay I like cheese and ham on myn.......but you can use whatever u want on yours. First you CRACK THE EGGS IN TO A BOWL-PROBABLY 2-OR 3.  Then you  TAKE EITHER AN EGG BEATER OR FORK AND WHIP THM A LOT. then you pour them it on the skillet and use pam non-stick spray(only a lil bit). Then you get out another pan and fry a little or lot of ham. Then when your egg pattly thing is done enough on one side flip it and put the cheese and ham on the done side and fold all of it inside of it and there you go its good too!!!!!!!!!!
