Why dont they have.....noodles... You know steamy noodles broil with some added spices..

Isnt this like the most common thing in the east?

The Panda Express where I live has Lo mein and those are noodles.

When you mean East do you mean New York?  Because Panda Express is to Chinese Food what Wienerschnitzel  is to German Food.  (Nothing close to the real thing)
