Panda's are endangered and they wont be put in the hands of you fools. Leave them be and don't even try.

China still outlaws the release of pandas from their country - all pandas outside of China are on lease with the stipulation that they be returned after the due date on the contract.  The zoos are paying millions to have the animals.

Unless you live in China, it's not likely you'll be able to help in any physical way with a cub.  What you can do is contact the Chinese embassy and talk with the Chinese representative over there.  I wouldn't hold out much hope though, not since China found out how much they can make $$$-wise for their loaned animals.
