Pandora's Battery Phat PSP few questions?

Ok so i have some questions on downgrading my psp official firmware onto a custom firmware. i have 3.80 installed.

Here are a few questions.

1.What is a RELIABLE website in which i can get a Pandora's Battery for under $20.

2. I have read that i need to have 2 memory sticks one Magic memory stick and the other my normal one. Why is it? Does it mess my stick up?

3. Which is the best Custom Firmware that is compatible with most addons and plugins. Especially one thats compatible with IR Shell.

If you have an old PSP (The thick one) you don't need to buy a Pandora's battery, you can just make your own, using an application called Despertar del Cementerio. Google it, you'll find guides on it. as for your memory stick, just connect your PSP via USB to Mini-5 B cable, and use CatB50's firmware installer which includes memstick files and Despertar. After you've installed custom firmware you can format your memory stick, and the custom firmware will still be there.
