Pandora's Battery problem?

I made a pandora's battery for my psp. I cut the right pin on the right chip with a pushpin. I stuck it in the psp and when I turned it on the power light came on but the screen didn't. Can anyone help me

To make the Pandora's Battery, that is HOW you make it. You need the memory stick also!
