Panic At The Disco's Pretty Odd CD?

What's the difference between the green CD cover and the maroon CD cover? I want the one with explicit content. Which one do I get?

the deluxe edition is maroon, the standard edition with different cover is green. deluxe edition has a dvd.

and standard edtion standard colour is also maroon but isn't as big because it has no vinyl or dvd in it. i've heard all the songs they have no swearing
