Panic attack and anxiety attacks?

today i have to go to see the counseler but this time i have to catch two buses and feel real anxious afraid that i may had a panic attack iam thinking not to go any advice anyone

  1. I used to have a lot of anxiety and small things like that could set off panic attacks. The best help I can give is do some deep breathing and jump right in. If you know you need to talk to the counsellor then you should go. Take it in baby steps.

    I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.
