  1. I work with people with panic attacks and things and emotional problems!

The thig many of them experience is adrenaline surges and panic.

There is a small part of the brain called the Amygdala...this is your "fight or Flight" responder...this tells you to run away or fight something...it is one of the most primitave parts of the brain and works well under normal circumstances...mainly when there dangers there!

People with panic issues have an over sensitive prefrontal response system which tells them they are in danger and triggers the adrenal sytem into working..flooding the body with adrenaline and creating strong heart sensations..

This happens even when ther is no apparent danger! causing added discomfort for those who suffer!

Stress is likelly to cause this, or some significant trigger. Having an over stressfull life can cause us to react with fear and want to run away...the brain generalises on this and creates the bodily responses to suit...somatisation this is called!

Take a step back...have some time off and tell the doctor...avaod anti depressants if this is your first bout of panics..there can be some revealing things to learn from this..it may call you to act upon problems so stick with it!

BE CURIOUS ABOUT IT! dont shut it away or it will get worse! there is much to learn from this kind of problem....covering it up with pills ruins the learning process! pills is bety taken with a comprehensive mental and cognative approach like councelling or NLP!

Get in touch if you would like some more advice!

  2. sounds like anxiety for sure.

i used to have the same problem, it seems easier to stay in and forget the world around u. Because thats the only time u seem *normal* if u like. I found it too hard to go out and be around others so i stopped bothering i become agraphobic very quickly and then couldnt go out the front door. People got annoyed with me telling me 'you are being silly kacey' but it was more than that to me! i just couldnt do it.

its easy to let it run ur life but please dont let it. You are the one thats incontrol of ur body, dont let it take over like i did ...

i still suffer anxiety and i struggle to control it, but i can now go out and do those things i always wanted to. Because somewhere inside i had to find the strength ...

    i know u can do it =)

message me if u ever need to talk! x

  3. Well it sounds like a form of social phobia to me.

Maby you should try cognitive behavioral therapy this will solve the problem.  Look on Amazon for a book called cognitive behavioral therapy for dummies, its a great book and a way to give yourself therapy without having to see a therapist.

I would also just check in with your doctor that your illness couldn't have caused any of these feelings.

  4. that definitely sounds like an anxiety disorder. you should go talk to your doctor about it. i had a friend  recently have many of the same symptoms that you have and she ended up needing medication to get her "out of it".

Best of luck to you! The other idea is too just get back in the game and force yourself to see friends and go places. I'm sure you will find yourself enjoying socialising again.

  5. Sounds to me like you are suffering from anxiety and depression.  Very often an illness can spark this off. I think you need to see your GP before you get any worse.

I have been there, it is a very frightening condition, but with the right kind of help, which may include counselling, this will be short lived.

Dont suffer alone, otherwise you might get worse because your illness has caused the seratonin levels in your brain to become depleated which in turn causes anxiety and depression.

I hope you get better soon. x
