To cut a long story short check my last post.

I got a call from my parents about 20 mins ago... my sis and ex took the tape down to them. They watched it, after sis and ex scarpered and now think I have been lying about everything that's happened. I also recieved a call from my lecturer who asked me to come in and see him (for some reason he works on a saturday - never understood why) - I'm worried they gave him a copy of the tape or whatever they recorded it on. Please help, I'm really panicking here. If I get thrown out of uni because of this I don't know what I'll do. I have no where else to go. I would talk to flatmates (maybe, probably not) but no one's in.

I'm so screwed and its all my fault for believing /wanting to belive he wanted me back. Please help??

  1. Sit down and talk it over, there's no point running away from what's happened. Just be completely honest, don't lie.

  2. Firstly, your lecturer probably wants to see you about something unrelated, it's more than likely a coincidence, they would have no right to deny you education based on your sexual activites.

Secondly, find the biggest and strongest of your friends and tell them what your ex did, then you film your friend beating the living s**t out of him.  Afterwards I'd make him watch it.  Scum.

What was done to you was wrong; your sister is either seriously messed up in the head for doing it or has some serious issues with you.  Tell your parents what she did and if they can't see past the revelation of the video then it's time to confront your sister.

I don't hold with hitting women but I don't know if I could stop myself in such a situation and I am not a violent man.

Also, consider that any rational person viewing that tape would see you and him, then hear the laugh you heard, then see the look on your face when you realized you were being filmed and the complete disregard they showed for you.  Even if they did give a copy to your lecturer I would assume they want to speak to you in a support capacity rather than disciplinary - from what you describe it should all be evident in the tape.

    I'm sorry for your troubles.

    Pax,

    Ape

  3. wtf

  4. Your questions are set to private and you haven't provided a link so I have no idea what the h**l you are talking about.  But don't worry, I still have some advice:  GET A JOB!!!  That's how most of the people in this big old world support themselves.

    Additional Details:

Sad but funny.  Its no crime being g*y but secretly recording somebody is (in the U.S. anyway).  Your sister seems to have issues.  Keep track of every negative thing that happens to you.  Talk to a lawyer (barrister?) asap and know your legal rights.  Stop panicking!  YOU were the victim here!  Here in the U.S. it is against the law to discriminate against someone because of their sexual orientation and is punishable both criminally and civilly.

Again:  STOP PANICKING!  You cannot unring a bell.  But you can ring your own bell.  Talk to a lawyer first.  KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

    Good luck.
