Panning a movie in flash.?

Question

In flash8 how can i make a move controllable by holding your click?

ill explain

When you see the flash in a web-page. You click it and hold, When holding click you move your mouse right and it will move the video forward. If you move your mouse left it will move the video backwards.

the video is people standing in a circle. The camera is in the middle moveing slowly around till its back at the same point. I dont want it to play. I want it so you can click and drag your mouse around anyway and see the video

most interactives in flash are creating with tons and tons of actionscripts line. You can try to learn about flash's action script or search for a tutorial on movement actionscripts. I'm sure there are plenty out there.
