Panosonic Microwave convection Model NN-8501V...

Question

I have a NN-8501V unit and all the sudden It will not work at all, like a fuse in the unit blew. (is there one in the unit?)
The outlet is working and when you open the door the light comes on, but the touch pad on the outside is dead, does nothing. Worked fine last week.
Any ideas?
Also need to know where to find a users manual.
