Pansat 2500a FTA receiver

Question

I have Pansat 2500a fta receiver and bought the following cables:
1. Radio shack USB to 9 pin RS 232
2, RS 232 cable
I connected the RS 232 to the receiver and the other end to Radio Shack 9 pim and the other end USB to my computer. Radio shack software installed.
I used the blacklist updater loader and a file from FTA talk. Loader download percentages 0% but wont load to receiver.

Can sombody help me.
