Pantech duo ringtones?

Question

how do i get the ringtones that i've uploaded from my computer, that are now in my "ring tone" file, to be used as an actual ring tone?

help! please!

all ringtones must be under 300kb.  that usually amounts to aboue 20-30 seconds, depending on quality of the song.  if the file size is bigger than 300kb, you'll be able to listen to the song, but u wont be able to set it as a ringtone.  when trying to set up the ringtone, go to settings, sounds, and if u're able to use the ringtone, it will show up in the Ring Tone list.
