Include is a son of Broad Brush. What is significant about Broad Brush's male line that makes this bloodline virtually unique in all of Thoroughbred breeding?

Include traces back tail-male to Domino, through his unbeaten son Colin.  He is currently the only commercially viable representative of that line at stud in the US, although Broad Brush has several other sons in regional markets such as Concern and Mongoose.  In addition, Domino's sire Himyar continues his line through Holy Bull and his sons at stud.
