it depends on how your doctor is with patient procedure work.  pap smears usually have a slight pinch and also there is some pressure.  you may or may not have some spotting afterward.  it doesn't matter if you are a virgin or not, it's good to get pap smears yearly after you turn 18 (16 if you are sexually active).

it does not hurt, it is just a scraping and a culture test.  every woman should have a pap smear every year.

it shouldnt hurt but you might feel a little uncomfortable. Your doctor will make you feel as comfortable as possible. During one point, you might also experience some crampy feelings
