  1. there's report freedom about the media, celebraties being in the public eyes won't ever mind the reporter shot them any pics, except the media rushed into their home and shot them pics, that's against the law

  2. you take the pictures then sell them to magazines websites ect.

  3. If they take the pictures, They own them and it's their property. They than sell than to magazines and websites. Everytime their photos are used, they get payed. It must not be against media disclaimer because you don't see thousands of paparazzi going to jail left and right.

  4. That's their work, but I dunno.....

  5. Any one outside, in the pubic eye, can face the same media scrutiny...not just celebrities.

For example (and because she just gave birth the the worlds most famous twins), lets just say Angelina Jolie was out taking her kids for a walk in a covered stroller.  If one of the paparazzi decides to lift the cover a snap a picture, they would be violating the law.  However, if she took them out in a regular stroller and decided to breast feed on a public bench...fair game to the paparazzi who could get the picture to his publisher first.

Now, same scenario, only she's in her chalet.  If she is in her home it is against the law to use a telephoto lens to take pictures and post them.  If however she is outside, but still on her land, those pictures would be legal because she is out in the pubic eye...in the eyes of the law anyway.

I don't agree with it, but I also love my privacy.  I'm sure they feel the same way considering the harsh anti paparazzi laws in France.
