thats a confusing question :S It was invented by the chinese, and is made of wood... I think you just have to soak wood for a while until it breaks down, and then you lay the slurry stuff on something and it makes paper... hooray.

Thats kind of a difficult question. All i have to say is that you should recycle it and use both sides of a piece of paper.
