Paper Mario, where is the brown pipe?

i have already found the brown pipe once before, and i am trying to find the last star and its making me seacrh for a guy named general white, i realized that i have to go back to twilight town but i cant find the pipe again, HELP??

General White is in Petal Meadows though. I never had to go to Twilight Town to find him. But the brown pipe you speak of is in West Rogueport through the grate.

In the west side of Rougeport (I think it's west. whatever) Use your paper thin ability to drop through the ground to go underground. Then to your left, use you Yoshi's ability to jump over the gap to the door. The brown pipe is in that room.

*edit: By the way, are you just now getting through PMTTYD? That game's been out since 2004.
