Assuming the bills are actually in "good" condition, the bills are worth approximately face value unless I listed a price after it. The prices I listed indicate the "average buying price" that a dealer would pay you for it. Obviously when he sold it he would charge more. I do not have figures for bills in good condition with a star as part of the serial number.  In better condition the star can add a significant amount to the value of the bill, but in "good" condition it does not add very much to its value.
