  1. Do not paper over tiles, but you can tile over tiles either that or get some tile paint.

  2. It's not going to work.  too many vulnerable joints and uneven edges where water will work itself behind.   The best bodge job/compromise you could do would be to tile over the existing tiles.

  3. I would get some grout filler first. Get some water prove kind. This is a Nessa. and it will give your wallpaper something to ad hear to. Go for it .It  will be cool.

  4. Please don't paper over tiles! What an idea? Who said this was OK? There is no 'special adhesive' for this as it is a ridiculous idea, and ordinary wallpaper paste will certainly not work.

If you haven't got the time/money to take the tiles off an re-tile, there are some great tile paints out these you can buy and they aren't too expensive. Visit B&Q/Homebase and ask advice from a member of staff.

  5. I don't think you can paper over them, you have to remove the old tiles first and then you can paper over the wall if you don't want to re-tile.

  6. Don't do it!!!  It won't last. Your options are: 1: Remove tiles, replaster and redecorate with a water resistant emulsion; 2: Remomove tiles and retile; or 3: Tile over existing (it depends though on how even your walls are).

  7. Please don't paper over tiles, you will be wasting your money.  Have you thought about tiling over the existing tiles.  If you don't want to take the tiles off this is another option.
