Papiss Cisse to miss Bundesliga action
The Bundesliga team SC Freiburg, on Tuesday, received a troubling news regarding their main striker Papiss Cisse. He will miss the action for several weeks before joining the team, the reason being his injury.
The Senegalese picked up a thigh injury in the training session on Tuesday. The Robin Dutt family will have to make the next three or four weeks without the star player as the medical staff suggested that the thigh-damage will take at least two weeks to
recover. Although, Robin has players like Jonathan Jager and Tommy Bechmann at his disposal but the brilliant Cisse will be missed for his striking abilities.
The 25-year-old forward joined the team in 2009 and has scored 21 goals in 34 appearances ever since. The current season has gone a step better for the player in the German league as he managed to kick the ball across goal line 15 times in 17 appearances.
The former FC Metz player started his career when he joined his native Senegalese club, AS Generation Foot, before moving to Metz. He played in the French Ligue 1 for four years before moving to Freiburg in 2009. He also has had two loan stints with AS Cherbourg
and LB Chateauroux.

December, last year, against Borussia Monchengladbach. Papiss contributed 2 goals in the match; the first goal in the first half with nineteen minutes on the clock and the next one in the other half of the match in 59th minute, after the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Oliver-c28477

The team will miss the Senegalese in the next Bundesliga clash against FC Nuremburg. The match is scheduled for this Saturday. In Cisse’s absence, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kisho-Yano-c21151 will have to step
up to Senegalese’s calibre. Kisho is yet to open his scoring account for the club since his arrival at the club earlier in the summers. However, with Robin Dutt, fighting for the UEFA Champions League berth, the regular appearance chances for Yano are hard
to come-by. The Brasilianer are four points behind the third positioned http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/1-FSV-Mainz-05-c38166 05 and they will be praying for Cisse to make his comeback from injury at the earliest, as the player can prove to be a catalyst in the team's fight for the Champions League
spot in the next season.
