Paquiao versus Diaz?

Will there be a KO? and at what round?

I heavily favour Pacquiao. Diaz is the heavy underdog and has nothing to lose by going all out for Manny...except his senses perhaps. I mean, a faded Morales dropped Diaz. Manny hits harder than Morales, and Pacquiao stopped Morales. Diaz couldn't do that.

For me, the only area Diaz is probably greater than Pacquiao is fighting heart. Diaz has loads of it, but you can only get so far on toughness and heart alone. Manny is stronger, is quicker, hits harder, has the better chin IMO, and is also the better boxer. Pacquiao also has better names on his record, and more big-fight experience. Simply put, Manny is too good for Diaz, and has too much in every area. Diaz is good, no doubt - but Pacquiao is the number one pound for pound (now that Floyd has 'retired' - I don't think too many people would argue with that statement), and is a MODERN GREAT. And good fighters rarely, if ever, beat the truly great ones.

I see Pacquiao using his superior speed, power and combos to discourage Diaz, and gradually break him down. Any time Diaz comes in, he is going to be getting hit by Manny's combos, and taking bombs. Diaz cannot find an answer, and Pacquiao breaks him down bit by bit, and by the end, I can see Manny landing at will, while David throws very little, if anything back. Typhoon Manny could end up overwhelming Diaz, and the referee steps in to save Diaz in round 11, but Diaz's heart should keep him in there for the distance. So Pacquiao, either by stoppage in Round 11 (I think it would take a lot to KO someone with a heart the size of Diaz's) or by wide points win. Pacman is a 4 weight champ, the official number 1 P4P, and goes gunning for the winner ofNate Campbell-Joel Casamayor (if they meet again), in an attempt to become undisputed at 135.
