Parade Float Ideas for My Church - "Celebrating The Cowboy Way"

Question

My church is sponsoring a float in the upcoming North Texas State Fair parade. The theme for this year's fair is Celebrating the Cowboy Way. It's also the fair's 82nd anniversary. I'm running into a problem thinking of ideas to theme our float around.

We are using a truck pulling a flatbed trailer and maybe some walkers.

Barbed Wire Tamed Texas.  Have a fence around a longhorn steer.  You can make the barbs real big so that's what people see. /
