Parade float idea?

Question

We are a non-profit organization helping families in the local area that need assistance. Everything for the families is free, we received donations monetary and material. We need a float idea for our local parade. The theme of the parade this year is volunteerism. We plan on using a flat wagon, pulled by a tractor. Any ideas would be appreciated.
