Paradyne 6218-I2 ip filter

Question

how can i activate ip filter in paradyne 6218-I2 firewall? i only able to isolate PCs with mac , but i want to be able to isolate them with ip filter too, it seems that ip filter is not working however my firewall is enabled!!!!
