Parakeet color?

is it true that if two parakeets are the same color

they will get along better?

Not really, at least from this human's observation.  Of course, only the keets know for sure.  I had a pair of keets of different color some years ago.  They lived in the same cage and got along just fine.

No, the color makes no difference. It's all the bird's individual personalities.
