Parakeet eggs this winter

is it possible for my parakeets to have eggs this winter (they had eggs this summer but can they have it this winter too) if they can give tips on how i can make that happen

You need to provide additional lighting to give them about 12-14 hours of full spectrum light.  It also helps to put a lot of fresh food, such as greens and veggies, in front of them as it helps simulate summertime conditions.

The rest of the care you gave them previously should be enough to get them into breeding condition.
