Parakeets and Budgies...?

Question

I want a Parakeet/Budgie but I can't find a breeder near me. If you could help me find breeders in PA that would be great. But because I haven't found any breeders yet, what do I do if it comes down to getting one from PetSmart or Petco. Thank you.

Definitely take your time and find hand raised parakeets from a reputable breeder...I got my two keets from the pet shop and it took like a year to get them to accept me ..I would never make that mistake again.

search the internet type "parakeet breeders" in google search

its fine to get it from a pet shop

as long as the bird is healthy

i got mine from the pet shop and he loved me in like 3 days and the other bird loves my mum and the others get along really well with other birds

so don't listen to people saying not to get them from pet shops coz its not always like that
