Parakeets!?

I need to know everything about budgies, and can they learn how to say a few words? No stupid questions please

Yes they can say words but you have to keep it up.  They will try to copy what you say.  Just say one word at a time and make sure it is paying attention to you.  Don't have any noise in the background.  Just keep repeating yourself over and over.  Once it catches on to that word really well try it on another word and so on.  Get yourself a book on them.

some of mine talked alot, some didnt talk at all, but mimicked sounds, phone, whistles.. but some didnt do anything..

i've had parakeets in the past.  there's many things u can find out about them. just google them.  and no they can't talk.  not these birds.
