Parakeets?

ok so wat r some snacks that parakeets like other than seeds? ive only been feeding him seeds, and i want somethin else to feed him??

Seeds are junkfood for birds, like potato chips.  It will take some effort to wean him away from seeds, but introduce more veggies and fresh food.  Spinach, greens, and fruit are good.  Apples.   Variety is important.

I personally think Roudybush is the absolutely best thing to feed them.

First,You need to buy or to check  from the library a good book about parakeets.  It will tell you all the information you need.

Buy food for birds in pet store, get a multi vitamins seed.

get a cattle bone, get them treats mixed fruits and eggs.

the rest  you will get it from the book.
