Is there a parallelogram that is not a rectangle (or square) or a rhombus? If so what does it look like?

Yes, there is a parallelogram that is just a parallelogram. There is no other  term to describe it; that's just what it is. It's a parallelogram that does not have four right angles and all of its sides are not congruent. It looks like a generic picture of a parallelogram.
