Paralysis of arm update?

this is adding to my last question as to wether i should get medical help. I ask because i have already been to a rheumatoligist, so i have had my blood tests done twice. had several x-rays, an mri scan, a full physical examination...etc. My symptoms are very real, in spite of the lack of any apparent medical condition. I was asking if i should seek help because i have already been, and had such extensive testing.

Well if all tests are negative,then they need to do more.Or they are looking in the wrong area,your arm doesn't go paralysed for no reason.Keep pushing for more tests,or get a second opinion.
