Paranoid about going out in public...?

Question

I don't know why, but everytime I go out I go all paranoid and don't want to be seen by ANYONE

I was sat in the car the other week outside a supermarket waiting for somebody and I just sat there covering my face and didn't look once because I didnt want anybody to see me =|

I've got to go out on tuesday to college and I cant be bothered with all the paranoia stuff

Any ideas?

I've also only been out about 10 times in 2 months =|

acb, you have just as much right in this world as anyone else so don,t be paranoid. You weren,t asked to be born or where to live or to even be a male or female. You are here for a purpose. Me? I don,t give a rats rear about fashions or fads or materialistic things. I have my own mind and my own life and I personally don,t care what anybody else thinks. I drive a beater but its paid for. I wear cheap clothes because it,s better than being naked. My car gets me from point a to point b and as far as i,m concerned it beats walking. If I was sitting in a car in front of a store and somebody  makes a remark ill moon them. It isn,t looks or fashion that make a person, its heart. I bathe regularly and try not to speak as much as I listen. I figure that you are known by what you say so I keep silent unless I have a point to make. Shy? nah! I,m me and I like who I am. Pretty? nah! Actually i,m kinda homely but hey, i,m friendly and loyal and I reckon if someone doesn,t like what they see, then don,t look at me. So paranoia isn,t in my vocabulary and shouldn,t be in yours. I wish I was your neighbor. I,d show you how to be you.
