  1. I can see where your thinking this may be paranormal as the soul or spirit is being transferred and you may have something there. I have been investigating the paranormal for many years and i can not say for sure reincarnation doesn't have anything to do with the paranormal something worth studying about

As for birthmarks well some kinds of birthmarks are passed down through relatives, you can do a web search for the different kinds to see if the one your talking about could fit into this category that gets passed down.

Like the first person answered there are all kinds of stories which fall under the unexplainable category where they were not without a doubt proved or disproved just left open for more study.

As for acting well how one behaves is mostly due through how a child is raised. most will behave the same if they are raised the same. that falls under human behavior. Of course not always but most of the time we learn by our surroundings and by the emotional state of those teaching.

It would be wrong to close your mind to possibilities when so much can be learned even if you find there isn't much there besides a stack of coincidences.

The main thing is not make a big fuss about it or the child may sense they are nothing more than a freak of nature. i am sure there is nothing to be alarmed about just observe and enjoy and perhaps learn something new.

    best of luck

  2. The best information on this subject is probably through the

The Division of Perceptual Studies at the University of Virginia. http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/int...

    Michael John Weaver, M.S.

  3. I doubt it birthmarks are genetic. My daughter has one similar to her moms. There's no reason to believe in re-incarnation.No evidence of it has been documented. It's a pretty silly concept, once you check it out.

  4. its a coincidence.

  5. no, sorry

  6. whatever the birth mark represents - love this baby for the individual he is and not some projected thought of your reincarnated loved cousin. Birth marks in certain places can occur from mother to daughter etc but I would not going putting emphasis on this or this child will have psychological issues trying to live up to a ghost!

Reincarnation has not been proven or disproven but for the sanity of this wee baby who will be a little boy and then an adult dont project this stuff on him.

How would you like it if your mum had a child before you who died and say had blue eyes and curley hair and a freckle on his nose and then you came along with the same and people commented as you grew up about your resembalnce and possible rebirth of your dead brother - it would be like living in the footsteps of a ghost. Accept his birth mark and the rest of hime for the individual he is. God bless

  7. Reincarnation is a religious belief that is common among people of the Hindu and Buddhist religions.

There are some documented cases of individuals who claimed to have memories that were not part of their current lives.  For example, there is a case of a young American girl who remembered a life in India.  She described her town, her home, and her friends and family.  She named a specific town and drew maps of the town.  She even spoke the language.  This girl had never left the US and never learned Hindi.

There is no proof of reincarnation occuring, but there is anectdotal evidence available.  You'll have to decide whether you believe in it or not.  As I stated earlier, it is based on religious belief.

The presence of a birthmark or any physical characteristic in common with an ancestor is not an indication of reincarnation according to the religious texts.
