Paranormal activity in my house or not????

ok. just yesterday, i was standing in my kitchen and the cupboard door closed BY ITSELF!!!! no one was around and it was only me in the kitchen!! really creepy. and then the INSIDE of the refridgerator started making this scratching noise and i opened the door and there was claw marks on the door of the refridgerator!! plz help me!! this is NO joke!! i am really freaked out!!

I totally understand where your coming from. Awhile back i went to turn on a light and i got up and walked towards it i had my hand about 7 inches away from the light to turn it on and i wasnt touching it and it turned on by itself. I think i stood there frozen with my heart pounding my chest for the better part of 5 minutes.

I agree that you should see if you can duplicate the cupboard door closing, just open in like it was before and try different angles that it needs to be on to see if it will close by itself.

Im not sure how to explain claw marks on the inside of your fridge, are they actually into the metal or plastic or are they more like claw marks through condenstation?

Ok, cant explain that and i know your freaked out so im going to tell you something, this is what i had to do after m lil freakout with the light experience. I was reading into witchcraft and they create this circle - its a complete circle usually made out of sea salt. But seeing how i cant put sea salt on my carpet i made my circle out of books. And you sit in the middle of it and this is your protected space, as you are building the cirlce you need to concentrate on the fact that you are building a protective barrier and that nothing is allowed to penetrate this circle, you are safe in this circle and nothing is allowed to pass its boundaries. And just sit in the circle and you need to mentally feel like your drawing power from everything.. .the trees, bushes, the power from the ground and you need to mental picture yourself getting stronger, and then picture yourself building a huge circle around your house, thinking the same thing, thats its safe here and nothing is allowed to pass and nothing besides those humans are welcome here... keep saying it over and over in your head, you need to focus... you might be better reading this on line.. how to cast a circle... they will probably have better explainations. Regardless if it works or not, its good help for mentally calming you down and getting things into perspective. It helped me and definatly made me feel safer. And no the light hasnt turned itself on since

a few things have happened in my home, such as whistling when noone is around doors opening and lights coming on, and other things.

But I dont feel uncomfortable about it, b/c I dont feel that it is anything bad or threatining.

If you have a bad feeling about what you are experiencing, I would contact a psychic or someone to come bless your home and rid it of spirits.

I do alot of reasearch on the paranormal...

Try to duplicate the door closing by itself.  I bet you can do it.

I also bet the marks in the refrigerator aren't from scratching.

Dont get freaked out! The cupboard door is a bit harder to explain than the refridgerator. I had the same thing happen. It sounded like scratching inside. so i stood there for awhile and it did it again. actually it was coming from the back where all those metal tube things are. I believe it was moisture dripping on something really cold around in there. As for the scratches you never notice things until your looking for something. You heard what sounded like scratching so thats what you found. I am a paranormal investigator and its true 99% of weird things can be explained.

before turning to the easy way out, EX: calling it a paranormal experience, rule out ALL other possibilities. In my house cupboards always shut by themselves it could be that it was on the edge of it's closing angle, and gravity took over. as for your fridge, maybe what you heard was simply a malfunction, and when you saw the claw marks, which could have been made by any animal (like a pet, or a straggler), you thought that the sounds you heard were scratching noises. "when you finally eliminate every possible outcome what's left, however unlikely, must be the solution" - Sherlock Holmes only then can you say that it was an actual paranormal experience.

Refrigerators make weird noises all by them self.  Even worse if its a self defrosting type and old.  Scratch marks are likely from stuff inside scuffing the inside.  And a little gust of wind and that explains the rest.

You can always get a psychic out to check it out or have a priest over to bless the kitchen.
