Since the paranormal really isn't measurable you can't apply any criteria for eliminating potential entries.  What that means is in fairness the encyclopedia would have to include every single paranormal claim ever made.  In addition, since paranormal events aren't predictible or repeatable you have as many versions of (for example) a ghost as there are people who have perceived a ghost.

You want the subject treated objectively without pro or con bias. Not  a skeptics encyclopedia or a tainted UFO nuts writing.
