Paranormal help?

It was late at night and I was watching TV at a relative's house. Someone whispered my name into my left ear. When they did it was like I couldn't speak. I tried to, but it was as if they stole my vocal chords. No one was sitting next to me. Was it paranormal? Also, a week later at my house I was outside and it was clear as day. No wind, no breeze and I felt someone throw a rock at my back but when I turned around no one was there. What does it mean?
