No. However, the two sites listed below can help your friend locate a group in his/her area that your friend could join for investigations.

This is a good place to start. But IMO it would be best if he trained with a seasoned paranormal investigator first. There are groups all over the country so I would try to find one that is local, and apprentice with them.

your friend has issues. tell him to be a rocket scientist or something.

Tell you're friend to get a career first.They'll need to make some money to support their hobby.Becoming an investigator is easy.Just start calling yourself one.It's as simple as that.

I don't know if this  will tell you anything about how to b ecome one...but Ryan is one and here is his website. He used to come on here a lot. I don't know what happened to him .Maybe he's out investigating.
