Paranormal negative entity?

Ok, first off this is for my girlfriend she just has no idea how to use Y! answers.

But she told me that she would wake up in sleep paralysis and some entity or spirit would harass her in the background. she has moved from house to house with different people(foster care) and at every house this has happened. but until now they started to 'smother' her. I would really like serious answers. She doesn't know if something is in every house, she attracts them or is something following her. We would both like answers.

  1. tell her to look into astral catalepsy.

  2. Read Carlos Castenada's The art of Dreaming... whatever she does she needs to not give the entity attention.  It is likely attracted to strong fear, if she can learn to control her fear she will be able make herself unpalitable.  Ritual magic is food to such entities, do not go that way, its like feeding a stray.

  3. Some spirits, negative entity will follow you all your life....but there are ways to rid them.

I had one bad spirit that would come, once when I were awake. It was unusual the way I got rid of it, and with the help of my spirit guide. He came again while I were asleep, to harass me. I had a OBE out of body experience, I have done this a few times. But this night I saw him, it was spirit to spirit I grabbed and threw and held him on the floor, I called out,"someone give me a cross. My spirit guide handed me one, I put it on his forehead and burned him till he screamed.....he never came back. No it wasn't a dream.

  4. I agree that it sounds like she's attracting it. I've learned through experience that if you're sensitive to spirit, you're like a sort of light, a beacon in the darkness if you will, to the spirit world. The dark ones come as well, in fact, they're often the first to come to an inexperienced sensitive. The white light is an excellent suggestion, but something is already holding it back or it would come closer. I've had something very similar happen to me. I ended up getting a medium to come in and clean my home, but I've discovered a few tricks to keep them off. If she's religious at all, praying nightly will help, asking God for protection. Burn white candles (pure white, not vanilla white). Also, if smudging is too strong (it is for me--it's too smokey, I have to take out the smoke alarms, and my family doesn't like it) try frankincense or frankincense and myrrh. I buy incense sticks off amazon for really cheap. When he's actively there, tell her to call out to an angel. Archangel Michael is the protector of the spirit realm, the "army" if you will. Doesn't matter how she calls him, "Archangel Michael help me" works. He will hear her.

But the paralysis... does she tend to sleep really deeply on those nights it happens? Like as if she's been drugged? She may be astral traveling at night and waking up just before she's fully back into her body. Tell her to breathe through the panic, to relax, that it will help her. Panicking makes it worse (I've been through this).

Oh, and this negative entities feed on fear, so tell her not to be afraid. It can't hurt her or it would have already, you know? Tell her to tell it to leave, that it's not welcome. If she can't speak (or can't calm herself down enough to move), tell her to think it forcefully. It will hear her.

    peace to her.

  5. Some people are born highly sensitive to this sort of activity and are considered a "light" that attracts entities, or energy to them.  It is highly unlikely that every home she's lived in has had this negative energy surrounding it...rather, these things are drawn to her.  I too have had experiences with a smothering.  Awaking to a feeling of pressure on top of you, you cannot move, sometimes can hear breathing (that is not your own)...etc.  I recommend a ritual home cleaning which is generally easy to do.  It involves burning white sage sticks, sometimes referred to as smudge, and walking through the home, concentrating the smoke in corners, and in obvious areas of high energy.  There are other rituals you can perform that involve more spirituality, and since I don't know her religious background, I won't comment on those....but you can contact me if you'd like to know.  Best of luck to her!

  6. You don't give us much to work with, but I think protection is in order.

The best thing for protection is simply to "white light" herself.

She should imagine herself lying in bed and see a white light surrounding her on all sides.

This is a spiritual phenomenon and is best dealt with by strengthening her own spirit. Meditation is good for "individuation"...the process of integrating your personality. If she knows who she is, she'll find it easier to defend herself from attack.

    Note:

Spirits are not bound by space and time necessarily, some are stuck, as with a ghost haunting a house, but some are free to roam.

  7. She could be suffering from sleep apnea or having an anxiety attack.

If she is in foster care and keeps moving from one household to another, she's probably feeling overwhelmed about not having any control about anything in her life.

Maybe if you two were to incorporate exercise into your daily routines to help alleviate the stress, it would also help her to sleep better at night.

She may need to talk with a professional therapist as well to help her sort through this rough time in her life.

I don't believe in demon possession, or that an evil spirit is out to steal her soul.

I think this is more psychological than anything.

  8. Well, hallucinations (especially of figures) *are* one of the symptoms of sleep paralysis, if you can call it symptoms.

Also feeling of being smothered are common. Basically I think it's like waking up in the middle of the deep dream state when your body limits movement. So it's like waking life and dreamland get mixed.

With the paralysis you can experience some of these common things:

A feeling of being choked or suffocated

A feeling of someone pinning you down or sitting on you (your chest in particular)

Being able to hear noises including footsteps and voices close by

Being able to see beings or dark shadows surrounding or standing near the bed

A frightening feeling of evil descending upon you

Shaking of the body or rumbling sensation (ringing) in the ears

A feeling of untold evil surrounding you or trying to suffocate you

Noises such as knocking or banging on the walls

The feeling of being in a dream like state but yet thinking you are awake

  9. I don't really know what to tell you dude. She probably has some nightmares that tend to make her go crazy, (no offense). But if this is real, I suggest you get her a dream catcher. And maybe get a picture of Jesus. (Cuz I was watching this one scene from A Haunting, and this woman said "that felt like a sign of protection.", may your girl will say the same).

  10. Sorry you're not getting the help you thought you would. I don't usually answer things like this but...

Has anyone else been around at the time of these attacks?

Also does either you or your girlfriend have any religious beliefs or other beliefs that might help.  I'm not saying about possession but I do believe in the phenomena.

If you're cristion type try reading a few psalms before you go to bed and keep a journal of all her sleep patterns as well as nights that she has these things occur.  It will give some of the control back to her. Also It's a lot easier to convince other people if you can document your experiences better. You'll know when and how. You can also leave a tape recorder running or video cam if you have access to one.

Maybe you'll discover a pattern. As she is in foster care I doubt she can convince anyone to call help for her like a psychic or paranormal investigation. There is help out there if you two can convince an adult that there is a problem.

Also she should be tested for sleep disorders because that would be able to scientifically rule them out.

That being said malicious entities can and do follow people or objects and the first goal of anything like that is to get validation from the victim as well as fear because that's what sustains it and gives it strength.

I'll pray for her, you do the same.

  11. that is paranormal activity,

  12. There is an old tale of an “old hag” spirit that haunts only females.  She has been known to sit on the chests of the victim, and sometimes causes paralysis of her victims.  No one knows who she was in life, only what she has become in death.  Most live to tell about her haunting, which suggest that she is no real threat from the “old hag”.  Many who have claimed to have been visited by her, tell of how down their lives where, most of them were going through a suicidal stage in their lives.  Perhaps she comes to haunt those who are not ready to die, attempting to scare them back into life.  Perhaps, with all of the moving around from foster home to foster home, your girlfriend has had a few thoughts of not being here, and of being little worth.  That, perhaps is why the “old hag” is haunting her.

  13. Honestly, it sounds like poltergiest activity to me.  If it is, then it is not going to matter where she is, it will continue to happen.

  14. I think it's within her (if it's sleep paralysis) It's a sleep disorder. Have you researched it? There's a lot of information on it. I think there's a sleep medication you can take that helps.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paral...

( But I have some doubts that it's always sleep paralysis. I think the main help is to think it is and not be afraid.)

Edit..I don't know what you wanted..if you didn't want to know what we thought.

BTW...I didn't mean she was "possessed" or "crazy"... I meant it has to do with her SLEEP patterns..not with which house she goes to...if it's sleep paralysis. A lot of people this happens to disagree with the sleep paralysis answer and believe a spirit etc. is really harassing them...or visiting them.
