Question:

Paranormal visits?

Tuesday night when I went to sleep I had a dream that I was walking out the hallway into the kitchen and my deceased father was sitting at the table reading the newspaper. He didn't speak a word and I ran to my mom's room and shook her and said, "Dad's not dead!" and she said, "What do you mean?" and I brought her to the kitchen and she said, "OMG!". My dad looked at her, but didn't say a word. Then someone whispered hello into my ear and I woke up from my dream state and looked around my room, but no one was there. Then last night I didn't dream at all. What does it mean?

  1. I've had dreams about my best friend who was killed in a car accident.  In every dream he is standing in the middle of a brown room and once I walk over to him, he simply tells me he is alright.

I figure it is just because I think about him alot and really miss being with him.

  2. Maybe your dad was trying to contact you...the hello tells me it was more than dreaming...

  3. Aww.. that gave me chills.  Sounds like a visit to let you know all is well, and just to say hello.  :)

  4. weird..

  5. i think your dream shows a connection in the dream world, not the real world.

  6. I think you had a dream of a your father.  This means nothing other than he was in your life and you dreamed of him.  I have dreamed of people both living and dead.  I've dreamed of people I know and I've dreamed of people I don't recall ever seeing.  Dreams don't have to have some deep meaning.  Dreams definitely aren't as easy as X=Y.  They are the result of a brain in its most relaxed state.  And just because you can't remember dreaming on a particular night doesn't mean you didn't dream at all.

  7. I dont know wut it means but i kinda had the same experiance as u like somebody wjispered in my ear it wuz really creepy i just had chills

  8. Well, it probably means you simply had a dream.  I often have dreams where I'm in public naked or clothed only in my underwear and another is where I'm falling off of a bridge.  While annoying, that's all they are, just dreams.

  9. Hum, well personally, I dream just about every night. Some dreams are soooo real that it I am completely confused when I wake. Even though you do not think of your father does not make any difference whether you to dream of him or not.

Have you been taking any medications? Many medications have nightmares/dreams as side effects, even over the counter sleep aids.

It was more than likely a dream but for some reason I sense what you experienced to be true. Something tells me that it was your father.
