A. Where in the world do they live?

B. Describe the habitat of the plant?

C. What does your plant look like? (Labelled diagram or labelled picture)

D. Explain what makes your plant ‘peculiar’ i.e. how are they different to ‘ordinary’ plants.

E. Describe the special adaptations your plant has.

F. Explain how the special adaptations that your plant has allow it to gain food and nutrients.

G. Explain how your plant reproduces.

  3. parasitic orchids have no chloroplast it is easier though to use mistletoe. they have sticky seeds and they are easy to find. look up more info on it.

  4. Parasitic plants are to find in a lot of different families with a lot of different profiles. So it is impossible to answer your question without knowing the name of the plant you want to study.

    This site includes lists of 230 genera for all 18-22 families of parasitic plants and gives you a lot of details and links.
