Parcel force help please?

I have to return faulty goos to ebay by parcel force and i have been asked for the tracking number .Where do i find it please.Also have you posted anything by parcel force ,and done it over the internet .I am asking as i phoned them today and they were closed

You should find your tracking number on the Royal Mail receipt.

This can be used, on line, to track where the parcel was last monitored. Beware, the info is normally wildly wrong!

they are open tomorrow for most of the day. i thought you would be able to trace your order via the royal mail site. try their site

Well if you did it online, you tracking number should have been given to you in the confirmation email.

Use this on their website to track your parcel.
