  2. The "out for delivery" section is there one I'm guessing you are most interested in.

    This means it has arrived in your local (Royal Mail) Delivery Office, i.e: Stoke, from where your area's post is delivered.

    Your item should be delivered the next day (the 22nd) by a driver (not your usual postman). This is not guaranteed and does depend on levels of staffing amongst other things. Allow a few days, before telephoning your local delivery office.

    Do not phone customer services, this is an 0870 number and you'll be speaking to someone who more than likely can't help you. Try to find the telephone number of your delivery office (it should have the same area dialling code as your home address, and may be in the phone book, or you could try directory enquiries), and you should be able to speak to a manager there who will be able to help you.
