Parcheesi rules: if you roll doubles, do you take your bonus moves after each roll or at the end of all rolls?

i roll doubles, i send someone home and therefore get to move 20 . do i take the 20 then or after i finish rolling my second time? as i understand it, you forfit all your bonus moves (20s and 10s) if you roll a 3rd double. so, when are you supposed to take them? thanks!

take your doubles...at the end of that roll, take your 20, unless you get doubles again...then, you move the doubles and forfeit your 20!!! :)
