However, it was Mourinho who will always be remembered for taking Chelsea to the next level. The manager arrived from Porto, and quickly put his tactical genius to work as he led Chelsea to back-to-back Premier League titles.
Alan Pardew, who was named Manager of the Season last campaign, revealed his admiration for Mourinho, and other foreign managers in the Premier League.

"Some of the managerial traits that he was bringing I've learned from. The impact of the foreign managers can't be lost on my education. Arsene Wenger is another.”
Pardew then went on to state how the Premier League missed Mourinho, but remains hopeful that the Special One will return to English football soon.
The Toon boss also spoke about Pep Guardiola , and added that the arrival of both managers will make English football exciting once again. He added:
“That's the one beauty about this country – we've had a melting pot of the best coaches. That's why it is the best league in the world."
Newcastle United recently recorded a hard fought win against West Brom at home in the Premier League. After failing to make an impact this season, the club finally looks set to have found its rhythm.
