Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has sympathy for Liverpool’s Brendan Rodgers and believes that the Liverpool coach will have to sign more players who are better suited to his football philosophy.
The Toon boss sympathizes with the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 manager, and said that Rodgers needs more time and better players for his football philosophy and approach to have an impact.
Liverpool appointed the manager following Kenny Dalglish’s dismissal earlier in the summer. The former Liverpool player and legend was unable to guide the club for a top 4 finish, and had only the Carling Cup to his credit.
The Reds had experienced dismal form in the league, and struggled to grind out results. Rodgers’ appointment came in the summer following his successful run with Swansea City.
Under Rodgers, Swansea played top-notch attacking football and managed victories over the likes of Liverpool, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and others.
Everyone however expected the manager to experience problems when he moved to Merseyside, especially considering Liverpool’s current crop of players.
The club had a very slow start to the season, despite signing some players in the summer. However, Rodgers has now started relying on the youth academy players, and Liverpool have gradually found their rhythm.

“What Brendan has is this vision about how he would like to play. You need to have all the right tools for that and I have to be honest, I don’t think he has them. I don’t think Liverpool gave him all the tools he needs at this level."
