Parent-taught drivers ed in Texas help?

Question

me and my family just moved here from another state. im sixteen and according to tx parent taught drivers law my parents have to have their tx lisence for 3 years.

but i cant take drivers ed because my parents work all the time and cant pick me up.

and i cant take it online because i can't apply for parent taught.

help please?

Why do you not just call the local DMV and ask them. I am sure you are not the first person that has had these problems.

They are not earth shattering problems any way and can be worked  out.
