Parental advisory question please answer?

can a 16 year old buy a cd that has a parental advisroy warning without a older person there with them???

  2. I don't believe so.  Most stores require a parent or guardian before allowing a minor to purchase a mature rated CD or video game.

  3. I know that at Walmart and Target, and Best Buy by me they can't. In other cities they may not pay attention to it. WHen the cashier scans the item it automatically pops up that they need to see an ID with a valid birthday on it

  4. The answer is yes.

    But, it depends where you buy it and who is at the register.

    Certain retailers refuse to sell albums containing the label, and many others limit the sale of such albums to adults only, although, most stores have settled on an age limit of 17 in order to buy an album containing the label.

    Should you be able to, probably not.  But it is possible.
