Parental neglect help.....????

I know a girl that has a dad that cheated on her mom and (which he got the other girl pregnant). He never pays any attention to her or her sister but paid attention to her brothers. My questions are there theses:

1) What could the be possible side affect of this parental neglect?

2) Can a person have a viable relationship with a girl like this?

3) What is her mindset ??

4) Is fear of love (or emotional attachment) common in these cases??

5) Is sexual promiscuity common??

3)Her mindset will always be cautious and on her toes,  watching every move so that she will feel prepared for whatever comes her way

4)Maybe not so much a fear of love, but fear of acceptance
